I birthed Power to the Punani from the depths of my womb — a calling to return home to ourselves, to remember the ancient ways of healing that live in our blood and breath.

In today’s world, we are often told to numb the pain, to silence our bodies with pills and quick fixes. Yet true healing does not come from suppression — it blossoms from within. Through the sacred art of Yoni steaming, I found my own rebirth. My cycles softened, my emotions flowed with grace, and I began to dance again with the rhythm of my feminine energy.

This journey taught me that our wombs hold wisdom — and when we listen, they guide us back to balance, love, and divine alignment.

Too many of our women are suffering, not from weakness, but from disconnection. It is time to return to our roots. To honor our sacred vessels. To remember that healing is our birthright.
